Confidentiality Principle

Information you provide to our Firm is handled within the framework of confidentiality. Protecting client secrets in accordance with the Attorneys’ Law and professional rules is a fundamental principle.

However, we remind you that information submitted before an attorney-client relationship is established may not be fully protected by confidentiality. We recommend contacting us directly before sharing detailed information.

Attorney-Client Relationship

Messages sent via contact forms or email on our website do not, by themselves, create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is established through mutual written confirmation and execution of a power of attorney.
