- To request deletion or destruction under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties
- To object to results arising solely from automated analysis to your detriment
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
GDPR Information
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the personal data of EU citizens or residents is also protected. Your rights under the GDPR include:
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

How to Submit a Request
To exercise your rights under the KVKK and GDPR, you may apply to us in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority. Your requests will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.
